 I FREELY  LEARN MY INGLES

En este blog podre compartir libremente mis conocimientos sobre el curso de ingles, esta asignatura es muy interesante ya que podemos aprender ingles muy libremente y ponerlo en practica atraves de escritura de textos y nuestro habla.
In this blog i can freely share my knowledge about the English course, this subject is very interesting since we can learn English very freely and put it into practice through writing texts and our speech. 


SESSION N°7: 

En esta sesión aprendimos el tema "WHAT WILL I LEARN TODAY?" seguidamente de los aprendido realizamos un borrador de nuestro texto sobre las practicas saludables. 

(Este fue mi primer borrador).

In my family in particular we always try to lead a healthy and nutritious life, we always try to exercise and count our calories that we burn through applications on cell phones, we try to eat balanced although we always give ourselves some tastes. 

For my part, I always like to count the liters of water that I consume per day although sometimes it is also a bit uncontrollable, I like to eat healthy and exercise daily but always controlling my heart rate.


SESSION N°8:

En esta sesión gracias a la ayuda de el maestro pudimos ratificar y terminarlo en total nuestro texto sobre las "PRACTICAS SALUDABLES DE LA FAMILIA".

(Este es ya la presentación de mi texto final).

First, in my family in particular we always try to lead a healthy and nutritious life, we always try to exercise and count the calories we burn through cell phone applications, we try to eat balanced, although we always give ourselves some treats.

 

Second, for my part, I always like to count the liters of water that I consume per day, although sometimes it is also a bit uncontrollable, I like to eat healthily and exercise daily but always controlling my heart rate.

 

To continue maintaining a healthy life you also need to eat fruits and vegetables Some examples would be carrots in salads or sometimes in juice, another of my favorites are lettuce and tomato that I always combine in salads or to combine them at lunch, I like  in almost all fruits but try to vary although my favorites are the strawberries in juices and combine them with the banana, four pieces of watermelon being refreshing helps me after exercising to hydrate myself. 

 

Finally, to finish, I would recommend to everyone that they always try to exercise and eat healthy is very good and more in these times of pandemic that we need more than ever to maintain an immune system.
